Our Promise

Every Valora product is quality-checked before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory, we will make it right β€” no questions asked.

When Can You Return?

Damaged on Arrival

If your chocolate arrives crushed contact us within 48 hours with a photo.

Wrong Item Received

If you received a different product than ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will ship the correct item immediately.

Quality Concern

If you find a quality issue with your product, we take it seriously. Let us know and we will send a replacement.

Non-Returnable

As chocolates are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer or products stored improperly. Please double-check your order before placing it.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. For UPI and card payments, the refund will reflect in your account within 3–5 working days after approval.
